Heavenly Father , Lord God : I reject and renounce my past practice and belief in Islam . I repent of my worship of a false god called Allah . I depart from the faith of my fathers , my fathers were wrong . I shall bow no more to the black rock in Mecca .
I completely reject the Koran and the Hadith , they are not the truth .
From this moment forward ; I accept Jesus Christ , your most Holy Son , as my personal Lord and Savior , and I ask that You come into my heart and fill my entire life with the Truth , Light and Salvation that comes from You alone .
